Premis Oscar 2020: totes les nominacions d’un dels anys més renyits

L’Acadèmia de les Arts i les Ciències Cinematogràfiques de Hollywood ha anunciat avui les nominacions als premis més destacats del cinema, els Oscar. La gala de lliurament dels premis es farà la nit del 9 al 10 de febrer al Dolby Theatre de Los Angeles i, igual com l’any passat, enguany tampoc no tindrà cap conductor.

Joker, film dirigit per Todd Phillips i protagonitzat per Joaquin Phoenix, encapçala les nominacions als Oscar 2020, amb onze candidatures. El segueixen The Irishman, Once upon a time in Hollywood i 1917, totes tres amb deu nominacions.

Els quatre films amb més nominacions competiran també en la categoria de millor film, juntament amb cinc títols més, que són Ford v Ferrari, Jojo Rabbit, Donetes, Marriage Story i Gisaengchung (Paràsits). De la mateixa manera, els cinc directors nominats en la categoria de millor direcció són: Bong Joon Ho (Gisaengchung –Paràsits–), Sam Mendes (1917), Todd Phillips (Joker), Martin Scorsese (The Irishman) i Quentin Tarantino (Once upon a time in Hollywood).

En l’apartat interpretatiu, Renée Zellweger, per Judy, parteix com a favorita en la categoria de millor actriu, després d’haver guanyat un Globus d’Or. Les altres quatre nominades són: Cynthia Erivo (Harriet), Scarlett Johansson (Marriage Story), Saoirse Ronan (Donetes) i Charlize Theron (Bombshell). En la categoria de millor actor, els nominats són Antonio Banderas (Dolor y gloria), Joaquin Phoenix (Joker), Adam Driver (Marriage Story), Jonathan Pryce (The Two Popes) i Leonardo DiCaprio (Once upon a time in Hollywood).

Per l’Oscar a la millor actriu de repartiment, hi competeixen Laura Dern per Marriage Story, Margot Robbie per Bombshell, Florence Pugh per Donetes, Scarlett Johansson per Jojo Rabbit i Kathy Bats per Richard Jewell.

Tom Hanks per A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood, Anthony Hopkins per The Two Popes, Brad Pitt per Once upon a time in Hollywood i Al Pacino i Joe Pesci per The Irishman opten a l’Oscar al millor actor de repartiment.
