On the 18th of June 'Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban' is released at cinemas all over the country. It's the third film in the series of adventures of the young apprentice wizard, inspired by the book of the same name by the British writer J.K Rowling, the author of the highly successful literary saga.

The film, which can also be seen in Catalan, promises to break box office records here, as has already occurred in the United States, Great Britain and France, where it reached the screens several days ago. In Britain, for example, box office takings on the day of release broke all records, with over five million pounds taken.

Unlike the first two films, directed by Chris Columbus, 'Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban' has been directed by the Mexican director Alfonso Cuarón. But in the role of Harry Potter we find the same actor, Daniel Radcliffe, who, about to turn fifteen, is already attracting the girls, as was demonstrated at the film's opening in New York in May.

Meanwhile, the writer J.K Rowling has picked up her pen again and is working on the sixth volume of the series, following a few months of rest. The plan is that the Harry Potter saga be made up of seven novels. Those that are already out are, in this order, 'Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone', 'Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets', 'Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban', 'Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire' and 'Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix'.
