Juan Carlos will make an address via television and radio today to communicate his decision to abdicate the Spanish throne. Twitter and the Spanish Royal family’s web site has published photos of when the Spanish king communicated his wish to abdicate to Spanish President, Mariano Rajoy. And he published the letter with these four lines: “In keeping with the pertinent constitutional rules, I hereby attach the communication that I read, sign, and deliver to the President of the government in this act, by which I communicate to him my decision to abdicate the Spanish throne.”
